General Manager

Job Description

Front Desk Management & Operations

  • Manage Front Desk Staff and Schedule.  Includes: coordination of front desk hours among staff)
  • Front Desk Operations, including answering staff questions, client sales, answering client questions
  • Birthday Party Coordination. Includes: working with clients to book birthday parties, collect game suggestions, schedule staff, oversee parties on the day of

Program Coordination

  • Including organizing and coordinating 2017-18 programs such as Offering Name and Type and Dates/Times Offered.
  • Coordinate camps & programs among coaches.
  • Finalize all information for Marketing Director
  • Organize & coordinate specialty camps including holiday sports camp(s), summer sports camp(s), instructor-specific camps, Strongman Competitions and others
  • Coordinate and schedule studio rentals
  • Conduct routine coach and/or staff meetings

Turf Performance Club (TPC) Program Coordinator

  • Manage offerings (days/times) among trainers and clients
  • Ensure routine progress evaluations are completed
  • Manage new sign ups and “re-ups” in order to drive growth
  • Run weekly reports for Management

Sales

  • Networking.  Drive leads by visiting corporate locations, luncheons, networking events, health fairs, running promotions, street fairs, newcomers club and others
  • Answer customer inquiries (phone/walk ins/emails) and follow up on leads
  • Assist in organizing new sales offerings for both Club & Turf
  • Run weekly reports for Management

Maintenance 

  • Equipment checks, Pitching Machine calibrations, routine cleaning

Prerequisites

  1. Must be flexible to work weekends, some holidays, nights and days (depending on season)
  2. Must have knowledge of sports and have a sports background (play(ed) baseball/softball/football/soccer/etc., coached, etc)
  3. Coaching experience is preferred but not required.

Sales Director

Sales Management & Operations

  • Manage sales team schedule
  • Networking.  Drive leads by visiting corporate locations, luncheons, networking events, health fairs, running promotions, street fairs, newcomers club and others
  • Staff Training.  Train sales team on lead generations, tours, closings.
  • Conduct bi-weekly sales meetings
  • Answer customer inquiries (phone/walk ins/emails) and follow up on leads
  • Organize new sales offerings for both Club & Turf; work with Marketing Director
  • Run weekly reports for Management

Prerequisites

  1. Must be flexible to work weekends, some holidays, nights and days (depending on season)
  2. Sales and Management experience is preferred but not required.
